those of you who are wonderin' what the big deal
is about a SASS Regional Event, these are "mega"
matches supported by SASS and designed on a large
scale, in the tradition of END of TRAIL®. These
four day matches support up to 300 or more shooters,
are located near hotels and services, and will provide
camping to any who wish to partake. These events
will also support up to 50 or more vendors who provide
a wide variety of products, services and prizes.
SASS Regional Events also receive the support of
major sponsors. These sponsors create a rich prize
pool for the shooter's drawing and also bring in
enough financial support for the match to provide
live entertainment, a variety of on site activities,
and other special functions for the shooter and
non-shooter alike.
